Edward Ashurian paid $2.75 million for a 7,908-square-foot home at 3940 W. Alhambra Drive. It was built in 1956 and last sold for $3.1 million in 2005.


Brandi and Bryan Peck paid $2.17 million for a 5,411-square-foot home at 5301 Chandler Bend Drive.


400 Hogan LLC paid $1.7 million for a 22,553-square-foot retail store building at 400 N. Hogan St It was built in 1909 and last sold for $1.4 million in 2006.
