CureQuest Clinical is having a grand opening March 24 in Jacksonville as it launches its first Medicare-covered clinical trial enrolling Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia qualified patients.
The research is designed to help relieve discomfort to patients who suffer from nerve pain of the lower leg and foot.
CureQuest is at 3101 University Blvd. N., Suite 100.
Clinical trials are research investigations where participants volunteer to enroll to test treatments to relieve pain so they and others may find a better quality of life.
Medicare patients who experience the following should consider enrolling:
• Burning, stinging, numb or painful feet
• Lower leg pain
• Poor balance, unsteady gait
• Restless Legs Syndrome
• Chemotherapy or dialysis-induced painful feet
• Unsuccessful opioids/prescriptions
"Our therapeutic treatments have proven successful, and we are exclusively able to provide this treatment to those in need of nerve pain relief,” said co-owner and operator James Bergeron.
