Black AIDS Services Education Inc. will present its National Week of Prayer Health Panel and Gospel Program.


The health panel will be held from 6-7 p.m. and the gospel program will follow at 7:30 p.m. March 6 at DaySpring Baptist Church, 1945 NE Eighth Ave.


The health panel will include professionals discussing mental health, hypertension, prostate cancer, sickle cell anemia and HIV/AIDS.

International Women’s Day will be celebrated at Gainesville Vineyard from 2-6 p.m. Sunday.


The celebration will be hosted by MAMA’s Club, and will feature a variety of speakers discussing a host of issues from white supremacy, male supremacy and HIV/AIDS to voter registration and more.
