The Blue Haze cocktail — a blend of tropical and tart flavors — is a local favorite on the Farlow’s handcrafted martini menu.
2 ounces Hpnotiq liqueur
1 ounce Absolut Vodka
1 splash white cranberry juice, chilled
Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain and pour the mixture into a martini glass. Drop a maraschino cherry into the glass. Garnish with a blue rock candy stick on the rim.
