For the eighth year, Roger Pettingell, of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, has earned the ranking of No. 1 producing individual sales associate in Florida. Pettingell also ranked as the No. 10 NRT sales associate across the nation out of NRT’s 47,500 affiliated sales professionals nationwide.
Pettingell was recognized for a record-breaking overall sales volume throughout 2017, totaling $105.4 million. NRT is the nation’s largest real estate brokerage company.
Marcia Morse, a real estate associate with Sarasota’s Sunset Realty, recently earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation, indicating she is qualified to address the needs of homebuyers ages 50 and up.
Shirley Dabringhaus, broker/owner of Sunset Realty, and Carol White, a real estate associate, have both won Five Star Professional Real Estate Awards.
Dabringhaus is a 12-year consecutive winner, while White won for the ninth consecutive year.

Susan Phelps and Kimi Newcomb, of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty, have acquired the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation from the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Council of the National Association of Realtors.
Phelps and Newcomb join more than 15,000 real estate professionals in North America who successfully completed a comprehensive course in understanding the needs, considerations and goals of real estate buyers and sellers 50 and older.
Longtime real estate broker Tom Pluto has joined Realty Executives, in Sarasota.
Pluto has had a broker’s license since 1977 and had one of the top 10 volume-producing offices in Sarasota for 10 years. He was the Board of Realtors Exchangor of the Year in 1981 and was honored as one of the top individual producers and awarded the Broker Agent Advisor Certificate of Excellence.
Pluto has taught the Florida real estate license law course and the 40-hour sales training course for ERA, where he was a regional director.
Betsy Hollister has joined the Englewood office of Michael Saunders & Co.
She began her real estate career in 2005 as a full-time agent with Minnesota’s leading real estate company, where she specialized in residential real estate and lakefront properties. She is a multi-recipient of the Realty Alliance Sales Award for exceptional performance as one of the leading residential real estate sales professionals in North America.
Before turning to real estate, she worked in marketing communications and finance for Fortune 500 companies. She was also a business owner.
