The Cultural County of Greater Jacksonville appointed Joy Young as its new executive director effective in February. Young is currently director of administration, human resources and operations for the South Carolina Arts Commission in Columbia.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty welcomed Rich Seal to the St. Augustine office with locations in St. Augustine Beach and Murabella at World Golf Village and welcomed Alex Spivey to the Metropolitan office with locations in Avondale and San Marco.

Alan Ridge, Coastal Construction Products’ executive vice president of sales & marketing, was elected president of the Sealant Engineering and Associated Lines. It is a nonprofit membership organization for the sealant and waterproofing industry. Ridge previously served as the organization’s vice president and has been a member of the board of directors since 2015.

Jewish Community Alliance Executive Director Myron Flagler will retire from the organization at the end of December. Flagler joined the alliance in 1998. Under his leadership, the alliance has been recognized for innovative programming influencing the national Jewish Community Center movement.

PACE Center for Girls recently added Mark K. Bennett, Susan Davis and Karen Gallagher as new members to its board of trustees. Bennett is senior vice president and commercial banking market executive of Bank of America for North Florida, South Georgia, South Alabama and South Mississippi. Davis is managing partner of Healthcare Strategic Solutions LLC. Gallagher has most recently been vice president of human resources and learning for Brooks Health Systems and just started her own company, L.E.A.D. Group.
