The following information was compil ed from incident reports filed with Flagler County Sheriff's Office and Flagler Beach and Bunnell police departments. Any suspects named are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

BUNNELL — A 28-year-old woman refused medical treatment on Aug. 28 after being stabbed in the shoulder with a screwdriver during an argument with her sister, according to a report from the Flagler County Sheriff's Office.

The sisters were arguing over the foster children of the stabbed sister, who was listed as a transient. The report states that the attacking sister wanted the children to stay at the County Road 65 residence so they could attend school the next day and was scared of the stabbed sister, telling deputies she felt cornered and did not remember stabbing her sibling.

The stabbed sister refused medical treatment at the time and told deputies she would have a friend drive her to the hospital. The attacking sister was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill and bonded out the day after she was arrested by posting a $2,000 bond.

FLAGLER BEACH

A Habersham Drive resident on Aug. 30 reported a shotgun was stolen from his unsecured shed.

BUNNELL

A resident of Shady Lane reported on Aug. 27 that his three-wheel bicycle was stolen. A resident reported on Aug. 28 reported the serial number of an ATV that was stolen Aug. 26. A patrol officer attempted a traffic stop on a Lexus SUV, which proved to be stolen from Georgia, and the driver fled. Deputies deployed stop sticks and punctured both of the SUV’s  passenger side tires before stopping the vehicle on Lancelot Drive. Two suspects were arrested and booked on multiple charges. An Ironwood Avenue resident reported on Aug. 30 that someone broke into her house while she was a way between June 16 and Aug. 30, stealing an AR-15 style weapon. An Acorn Avenue resident on Aug. 31 reported burglars broke into her unsecured home and stole her hurricane supplies, which included several cases of food, water and toilet paper. Deputies responded to a fight Aug. 31 between two Rae Drive residents and arrested one woman, charging her with domestic battery. Deputies also forwarded charges on the other resident. A suspect was arrested for marijuana possession during a traffic stop on U.S. 1 at Old Dixie Highway.

PALM COAST

A Zammer Court resident was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with domestic battery for reportedly "chest bumping" her husband and slapping him in the face during an argument about money. Deputies found a man lost in the woods in Graham Swamp on Sept. 3 and led him out safely. A White Star Drive resident was arrested and charged with domestic battery for reportedly spraying her husband with CS gas on Sept. 3. The victim told officers the woman has been getting very drunk and violent and has been firing rounds from her handgun inside their home. Deputies found several bullet holes in the residence but could not locate the woman’s weapons. A Westhampton Drive resident was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with domestic battery for reportedly pushing two women to the ground. Deputies arrested a Felshire Lane resident on Sept. 2 and charged him with domestic battery after he reportedly pushed his wife back down when she tried to get up from a couch. Deputies stopped a Yamaha scooter along Regina Lane on Sept. 2 and the vehicle proved to have been stolen from West Palm Beach in 2015. The driver said he got the scooter a few days prior from someone who put it out by the street for trash. A Ryecast Place resident began cutting the couch with a knife during an argument with his wife over marital issues on Sept. 2. No arrests were made. The man left the residence and evacuated to Tampa until after Hurricane Dorian Deputies on Sept. 1 arrested a man for approaching customers in the parking lot of a Publix along Belle Terre Parkway from which he’d already been placed on trespass notice. Security guards at Hammock Beach Resort on Aug. 31 tracked a golf cart stolen from the resort and arrested a suspect. Deputies on Aug. 30 revived an unconscious Hernandez Avenue resident with two doses on Narcan and transported him to Advent Health Flagler County. A Ryding Lane resident reported on Aug. 30 that a gun was stolen from her car while it was parked in her garage. Parents agreed not to press charges after two teens fought at Flagler Palm Coast High School on Aug. 30. Deputies responded to a domestic dispute along Bickford Drive on Aug. 30 and filed battery charges against a woman. She reportedly broke up a verbal argument between a man and woman then punched the man in the eye. An 87-year-old Veranda Way resident with an extensive medical history was found dead in her home Aug. 30. During a drug arrest on Aug. 29, Volusia County deputies recovered a firearm originally stolen from a Flagler County business that has since closed down. Deputies were unable to identify a suspect after a Plateau Lane resident reported movement on his security system, which he believed showed an armed burglar on Aug. 29. Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance on Zodiacal Place on Aug. 29, and arrested an irate suspect who tried to prevent officers from checking on the victim. Deputies arrested two suspects they found in a detached garage along Zoeller Court while responding to a burglary alarm on Aug. 29. Both were charged with two counts of burglary. Deputies arrested a suspect and charged him with grand theft after recovering a vehicle stolen from Brevard County at a Mobil gas station on Palm Coast Parkway NE on Aug. 29. Deputies stopped a man who was walking down the center of Old Kings Road in the early morning hours of Aug. 28 and found oxycodone in a bag in his shoe. he was charged with possession of a controlled substance. A Dodge Challenger that had been reported stolen on July 28 was recovered in Tampa on Aug. 28. A Village Lane resident reported on Aug. 28 that her car had been stolen on Aug. 26. On Aug. 27, a Plain View Drive resident reported $200 cash and other items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in his driveway. A resident of Freeland Lane reported on Aug. 27 that a firearm that had previously been reported lost was located. Deputies responded on Aug. 27 to a domestic disturbance at a Llobel Place residence, where two people broke multiple items inside the home and in the front yard, and broke the windshield on their vehicle. Because there were no acts of violence against each other, they were not charged. Two people were arrested on Aug. 27 after being caught shoplifting at Target. A couple going through a divorce but still living in the same home were not charged after a domestic disturbance on Aug. 27 that was verbal only.
