• Pine Shores Presbyterian Church, 6135 Beechwood Ave., Sarasota, has begun a New Worshiping Community focusing on young adults and families with young children (but not limited to a particular age group or family configuration.) The hour-long classes include proper walking techniques, balance exercises, weight shifting, core strengthening, use of hand-held weights and stretching.
