Sunset Challenge at Deeridge Farms. Deeridge Farms Sunset Challenge FEI competition continues this week as part of the 2020 Palm Beach Masters Series. Sunset competitions take place March 11-13 under lights after dusk at Deeridge Farms, 3210 120th Ave South, Wellington. Admittance and parking are free and open to the public. Marchtoberfest. Why wait until October to break out your lederhosen and dirndls? Enjoy jousters, jesters, polka music and, of course, German beer at a pop-up Biergarten this weekend in Wellington. This family-friendly event incluses German food and vendors as well as an authentic Biergarten with tables, benches and traditional German dancers. A kids activity zone includes a bounce house and lawn games. Admission is free. Event takes place from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday, March 7 and from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, March 8.


Saturday Night Lights. Palm Beach International Equestrian Center will host the FEI CS15 Douglas Elliman Real Estate $401,000 Grand Prix at 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 7. The International Arena offers something for everyone, and features street performers, food trucks, bars, shopping and plenty of kid-friendly activities. Replay Polo brunch. Enjoy a fabulous brunch and help retired polo ponies become therapeutic friends to those in need at the Replay Polo fundraiser at Taylor Made Cafe on Sunday, March 8. Tickets cost $45 and include Gracida Wine and music by Tom Blake. Event is from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Taylor Made Cafe, 12160 South Shore Blvd., Unit 105, Wellington. Great Futures Polo Day. Presented by the Neil S. Hirsch Family Boys & Girls Club of Wellington this fundraiser includes a three-team celebrity round robin tournament at the Grand Champions Polo Club followed by brunch and a live auction at the International Polo Club. That match takes place on Sunday, March 8 from 10 a.m. until noon and brunch runs from 12:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. at the Grand Champions Polo Club, 13444 South Fields Road, Wellington, FL 33414. Polo: USPA Gold Cup. Every Sunday through April enjoy the Sport of Kings at the International Polo Club Palm Beach, 3667 120 Ave. South, Wellington. Sunday, March 8 features the USPA Gold Cup — the second leg of the Gauntlet of Polo — featuring Equuleus vs. Coca Cola at 3:00 p.m. Doors open from noon until 5 p.m. Parking is $5 per car, cash only. General admission is $10 to $20 per person, Brunch & Polo tickets cost $125 for adults and $75 for children 12 and under, with special seating for two or more ranging from $325 to $1275.
