CareerSource Citrus Levy Marion: The agency will begin gradual reopening on Monday, though services are still available online, by phone and by email.
“Initially, the centers will be open by appointment only from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays. There will be a limit of five appointments per hour for a maximum of 25 daily. Hours of operation and services will gradually expand as appropriate for the safety of the public and staff,” CareerSource said in a news release. Rainbow River Cleanup: The event, scheduled for May 16, has been canceled. “The danger from the C-19 virus is too great to have a large group gathering. We are very sorry to have to do this but feel we have no other choice,” organizers said in a news release.

Feeding the truckers: Florida Department of Transportation Secretary Kevin J. Thibault will be among those in Ocala on Wednesday providing free lunches to professional truck drivers. The food is being sponsored by the Florida Trucking Association, Chick-fil-A, Publix and Walmart Transportation.
The food will be handed out 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the southbound I-75 rest area near Ocala at Mile Marker 346, which is three miles south of Exit 350/State Road 200.
