The skinny: The Dolphins play the Falcons at the University of Miami’s arena in a neutral-site game, the beginning of a four-game road trip. … JU beat Johnson University 83-65, with Santos scoring a career-high 21 points, 14 of them in the final 10:43 of the game. Bryce Workman came off the bench for 15 points to match his career high, and added a career-high 10 rebounds. … Bowling Green lost 88-78 to No. 22 LSU. The Falcons led by six points with 13:33 left in the first half despite shooting 34 percent, and eventually forced the Tigers into 16 turnovers. … Turner had 26 points and made 4 of 7 3-pointers, and Mattos had 12 rebounds. … The Falcons, 22-12 last season and 12-6 in the MAC, beat Tiffin 94-73 in their opening game. … Bowling Green finished second to Buffalo in the MAC East last year and lost to the Bulls in the MAC tournament finals. … JU will play in the Riverhawk Invitational in Lowell, Mass., beginning Friday against UMass-Lowell.
